We are looking for a competent Influencer Marketing Manager to take on full responsibility for the strategy, collaboration, execution, and measurement of Influencer Marketing campaigns, with the goal of building and enhancing a favorable relationship with influencers, company employees, and the public.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer Strategy Development**: Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with company brand values, objectives, and target audience. Identify key influencers who align with the brand's image and values.
- **Influencer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, bloggers, content creators, and other relevant individuals. Nurture these relationships to ensure a positive and mutually beneficial partnership.
- **Campaign Planning and Execution**: Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns that effectively promote products and services. Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with the target audience.
- **Content Creation and Collaboration**: Collaborate with influencers to create high-quality and authentic content, including social media posts, videos, blog articles, and other forms of media.
- **Performance Measurement**: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, tracking key metrics such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI). Use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately across different campaigns and initiatives.
- **Stay Current with Trends**: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, social media, and PR, to align influencer marketing efforts with broader brand initiatives and campaigns.
- **Contract Negotiation and Agreements**: Negotiate contracts, agreements, and compensation terms with influencers, ensuring that terms are fair, legally compliant, and favorable to both parties.
- **Reporting and Communication**: Provide regular reports and updates on influencer campaign performance to relevant stakeholders. Clearly communicate successes, challenges, and opportunities to the broader team.
- **Brand Advocacy**: Cultivate a network of brand advocates among influencers who genuinely support to build long-term brand loyalty.

**Key requirements**:

- **Influencer Marketing Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing trends, best practices, and industry dynamics. Understanding of different social media platforms, audience demographics, and influencer types.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and values, while adapting to changing market conditions.
- **Relationship Building**: Strong interpersonal and networking skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with influencers, content creators, and other relevant stakeholders.
- **Creative Content Development**: Proficiency in creating engaging and authentic content concepts that resonate with target audiences and effectively showcase Izil Beauty's products.
- **Data Analysis**: Skill in analyzing performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion rates, ROI, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and optimize future initiatives.
- **Negotiation and Communication**: Excellent negotiation skills to collaborate with influencers on campaign terms and compensation. Effective communication skills to convey brand expectations and guidelines.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other data analysis platforms to draw insights and refine strategies.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative influencer collaboration concepts that align with Izil Beauty's brand identity.
- **Cultural Sensitivity**: Awareness and appreciation of cultural nuances, as GCC is a diverse and multicultural region, to ensure influencer partnerships are culturally appropriate.
- **Budget Management**: Skill in effectively managing budgets, allocating resources, and optimizing spending for influencer campaigns.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, PR, and sales, to align influencer efforts with broader brand initiatives.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail to ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to guidelines.
- **Problem-Solving**: Capacity to identify challenges, find solutions, and navigate potential roadblocks in influencer campaigns.
