**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our HR consultancy services.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening techniques.
- Articulate the value of our services to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Schedule consultations or meetings for senior consultants to further engage with prospects.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Achieve and surpass individual sales targets and performance metrics.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and our service offerings to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and outreach efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably within the HR or consultancy sector.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Strong ability to build relationships and understand client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally and effectively.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach with a positive attitude towards sales and client satisfaction.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge or experience in HR consultancy services and solutions.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Previous experience working on a commission-based compensation model.
