Business Loan Representative

**Job Overview**: Business Loan Representative/Relationship Officers need to be detail-oriented and will act as a liaison between applicants and our financial institution, helping qualified applicants obtain loans and set up payment plans. Your duties will include generating leads, soliciting clients, meeting with applicants, preparing loan proposals, and examining active loans.

The Relationship Officer should keep complete updates on different types of loans including Business loans and Trade Working Capital Facilities. You should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should send daily sales reports to the Team Leader and make sure to work within the policy of discipline and compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads & solicit new clients, while servicing present clients or clients who need top-up loans.
- Analyse active loan files regularly and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process.
- Complete loan contracts and teach clients about policies and regulations.
- Interview applicants to define financial eligibility and establish debt payment plans.
- Monitor and update account records.
- Prepare detailed loan proposals.
- Respond to applicants' questions and resolve any loan-related issues.
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 Years experience in the same role (preferably)
- Any Nationality
- Immediately available in Dubai

**Salary**: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
