**Package: 16,000 - 20,000 AED Per Month, Full medical coverage, 30 days of annual leave.**

5-day work week, with additional compensation for travel and work outside regular hours.

This role will work alongside the Global President of Operations/ Chief of Staff

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Principal, managing her schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure the Principal's calendar is organised efficiently, coordinating meetings, events, and appointments across different time zones (Dubai, London, Europe).
- Exhibit an understanding of the fashion industry, assisting in managing the Principal's fashion-related engagements, collaborations, and projects.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
- Act as a liaison between the Principal and external parties, building strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Accompany the Principal to events, both locally and internationally, managing logistics and ensuring her needs are met.
- Be proactive in anticipating the Principal's requirements and identifying opportunities for optimization in her daily operations.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries for international trips to India, Europe, and other destinations.

Required Experience:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a high-profile or executive setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to handle a diverse range of responsibilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with senior individuals and representing the Principal.
- High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and communications.
- Knowledge and understanding of the fashion industry is a significant advantage.
- Strong network and connectivity in Dubai, London, and Europe, demonstrating confidence and presence in diverse social environments.
- Flexibility to travel frequently to various international destinations, often on short notice.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Proficiency in managing remote work tasks and responsibilities when the Principal is not present.
