**Job Overview**:
As a real estate sales agent, you will be responsible for representing clients in the buying and selling of residential or commercial properties. Your duties will include generating leads, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and providing guidance to clients throughout the transaction process.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Representation**: Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers to facilitate property transactions. Understand clients' needs and preferences to effectively match them with suitable properties.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and online marketing strategies. Build and maintain a network of potential clients and industry contacts.
- **Property Marketing**: Create compelling property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and virtual tours, to attract potential buyers or tenants. Utilize online platforms, social media, and traditional marketing methods to promote properties.
- **Property Showings**: Conduct property showings for prospective buyers or tenants. Showcase property features and amenities while addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate sales contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents on behalf of clients. Advocate for clients' interests and ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- **Transaction Management**: Oversee the transaction process from initial offer to closing. Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps to ensure a smooth and timely closing.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and economic factors affecting the industry. Provide clients with accurate market data and pricing guidance.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients based on trust, integrity, and professionalism. Provide exceptional customer service and personalized attention throughout the buying or selling process.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market conditions and trends.
- Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and contract procedures.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients' schedules.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
