**361° Realtors **is a rapidly expanding and we are looking for enthusiastic well-spoken Tele sales Executives
- (FEMALE) with Real Estate Experience to work with us on a **PARTIME Basis.**

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. We believe that the people contributing to the performance of our business are the most vital key to success
- To contact prospective customers & cold calling customers in the UAE and other countries to introduce real estate projects and offer to them in order to increase sales opportunities.
- Arrange meetings with the clients and schedule viewings and liaise with the respective advisor
- Present the product appropriately to clients to make a sale or generate a lead.
- Influence customers to buy services and products by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of properties.
- Addressing client’s uncertainties, and make suggestions, also noting important details of each conversation.
- Updating the call sheet once the calls are done.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Attending Regular team meetings to address and clarify progress and performance related expectations.
- To establish and build effective, positive and professional working relationships with internal and external clients, developers and regulators.
- To follow up on all the necessary documentation for sales/rentals and ensure information. collected is accurate and up-to-date for entry in our CRM system.

**Eligibility**:

- Outbound Tele sales experience is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Multi-lingual proficiency is preferred.
- Real Estate experience or Customer Service Experience.

Must be on Father/ Mother/Husband Visa/Freelancer Visa

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- telemarketer: 1 year (preferred)
