**Job Overview**:
As a Fashion and Brand Manager for Luxury Retail, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance customer loyalty. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the Retail industries, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
You must be based in the UAE and have local experience.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conceptualization and Design:

- Generate creative ideas for menswear collections based on market trends, cultural influences, and brand identity.
- Develop sketches, mood boards, and design concepts to communicate and visualize design ideas.
- Research and Trend Analysis:

- Stay updated on current fashion trends, fabric innovations, and style preferences within the menswear industry.
- Conduct market research to identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging styles.
- Material and Fabric Selection:

- Collaborate with fabric and material suppliers to choose appropriate têxtiles for the envisioned designs.
- Consider factors such as comfort, durability, and sustainability in material selection.
- Technical Drawings and Specifications:

- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for garment production, including pattern making and sizing.
- Prototyping and Sampling:

- Oversee the creation of prototypes and samples, ensuring they align with the design vision and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to address any issues during the prototyping phase.
- Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including pattern makers, seamstresses, and other designers.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure designs align with market demands and brand strategy.
- Presentation:

- Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing design concepts to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate the inspiration and story behind each collection.
- Quality Control:

- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to ensure garments fit correctly and meet design specifications.
- Adaptability:

- Respond to feedback and make necessary revisions to designs based on input from team members, clients, or market trends.
- Stay Updated:

- Attend fashion shows, industry events, and trade shows to stay informed about new trends and innovations in menswear.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design.
- Experience in Menswear Apparel Design and Concept.
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
