**Job Overview**:
As a Brand Manager for Luxury Retail, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance customer loyalty. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the Retail industries, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
You must be based in the UAE and have local experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals.
- Define and communicate the brand's value proposition and positioning in the Luxury Retail markets.
- Conduct thorough analysis of competitors in the Retail sectors.
- Identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive opportunities to inform brand strategy.
- Design and supervise the creation of compelling marketing campaigns and content.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
- Plan and execute successful product launches and promotional events.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align launches with market demands.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience in Retail outlets.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to make data-driven improvements.
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Track and analyze financial performance against set targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and design, to ensure brand consistency.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and retail vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms.
- Work closely with design teams to create appealing retail packaging.
- Oversee in-store merchandising to optimize product visibility and sales.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility.
- Utilize social media platforms to engage with the target audience and drive brand awareness.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager in the Luxury Retail industries.
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
