The Real Estate and Mall Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, management, and strategic direction of both real estate properties and retail mall activities. This role ensures effective property management, tenant relations, lease negotiations, and smooth operation of the shopping mall, while maximizing profitability and maintaining high service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Real Estate Management**:

- **Property Acquisition & Disposal**:

- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating new property acquisitions and disposals.
- Work with legal and financial teams to complete property transactions.
- **Leasing & Tenant Relations**:

- Manage the leasing process, including tenant selection, lease negotiations, and renewals.
- Foster strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of service.
- **Property Maintenance**:

- Oversee property maintenance schedules and ensure all properties are well-maintained.
- Coordinate with facilities teams to manage repairs, renovations, and other improvements.
- **Financial Management**:

- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met for the real estate portfolio.
- Monitor rent collection, tenant arrears, and lease compliance.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed of real estate market trends, property values, and zoning regulations to identify new opportunities.

**Mall Management**:

- **Operational Oversight**:

- Ensure smooth daily operations of the mall, including security, cleanliness, and overall customer experience.
- Supervise mall staff, including operations, marketing, and security personnel.
- **Tenant Management**:

- Handle lease negotiations, tenant mix optimization, and store openings/closings.
- Build strong relationships with tenants to ensure retention and resolve any operational issues.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Implement strategies to improve foot traffic, enhance the shopping experience, and boost overall mall performance.
- Organize events, promotions, and marketing activities to attract more visitors.
- **Budget & Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage the mall’s budget, including operational costs, tenant payments, and revenue generation.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure the mall complies with local regulations, health and safety standards, and fire safety measures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and manage emergency response plans.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in property management, mall management, or real estate, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple properties and large-scale operations.
- Excellent financial acumen and budgeting capabilities.
- Ability to foster positive tenant relations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of local real estate laws, mall operations, and leasing processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED9,000.00 per month
