**Lead NPD Projects**:

- Spearhead the entire lifecycle of NPD projects, from conceptualization to full launch. This involves creating innovative product recipes, meticulously selecting suppliers, conducting thorough supplier approvals, overseeing equipment selection, and developing comprehensive operational procedures and manuals.

**Collaboration with Operations and Supply Chain**:

- Foster robust collaborations with the Operations team and Supply Chain Management, ensuring seamless implementation of new products. Align initiatives with the company’s short and long-term sales and profit growth objectives.

**Food Science Expertise**:
**Cost Management and Value Analysis**:

- Collaborate closely with the Purchasing team and Finance to conduct meticulous value analyses. Ensure a favorable Cost of Goods ratio to sales through strategic cost implementation projects.

**Communication Excellence**:

- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Timely and accurately document work, ensuring effective communication with cross-functional teams for the successful and efficient launch of new products.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex NPD projects within the food and beverage industry.
- Expert-level understanding of food science principles, ingredient functionality, and process technology.
- Strong project management skills with a keen focus on cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and concisely.
- In-depth familiarity with and commitment to quality standards, including IFS, HACCP, ISO, and GSO.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in documentation.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work seamlessly across cross-functional teams and departments.
