Private Equity Associate

Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting industry research and market analysis to identify promising investment opportunities within the healthcare landscape (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare services).
- Analyzing financial statements, valuation models, and other investment metrics to assess the attractiveness of potential investments.
- Supporting senior team members in due diligence processes, including reviewing legal documents, conducting financial analysis, and identifying key risks and opportunities.
- Assisting with deal structuring, negotiation, and closing transactions.
- Monitoring portfolio companies, tracking their performance, and identifying potential exit strategies.
- Building relationships with key players in the healthcare industry, including venture capitalists, investment bankers, and industry experts.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies within the healthcare sector.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field a plus).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similar financial analysis role.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a solid understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, Comparable Companies).
- Excellent research and due diligence skills with a keen eye for detail.
