The Admin & Sales Executive for our Dance Academy is a key role responsible for driving enrollment growth, promoting our dance programs, and enhancing the academy's brand presence within the local community and beyond. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker with a passion for dance and a strong aptitude for sales and marketing. The role will lead a team to develop and execute innovative strategies that attract aspiring dancers, engage parents, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the academy.

**Responsibilities**:
Enrollment Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment strategies to attract new students across various age groups and dance disciplines.
Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process and exceptional customer experience.

Brand Promotion and Visibility:Create and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the academy's programs, performances, and achievements.
Utilize digital marketing, social media, local advertising, and community partnerships to enhance brand visibility.

Event Coordination and Promotion: Organize and promote open houses, recitals, workshops, and other events to showcase the academy's offerings and attract prospective students and parents.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with current students, parents, and alumni through effective communication, newsletters, and events.
Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a positive and supportive community

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing and enrollment strategies.

Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish and maintain partnerships with local schools, community centers, and organizations to expand the academy's reach and attract potential students.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and enrollment efforts, utilizing data insights to optimize strategies and achieve enrollment goals.

Budget Management: Develop, manage, and optimize the sales and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximum ROI.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Dance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, ideally within the education, arts, or dance sectors.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop compelling marketing content and campaigns.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Passion for dance and understanding of dance education.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
