**Job Summary.**

Handling all the functions of the warehouse - Receiving, Packing, Dispatch, Coordinating Shipments with Vendors, Preparing Orders

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receive and unload inventory
- Package materials to fulfil customer/inter-company orders
- Log the incoming and outgoing inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Organise the stockroom to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Help coordinate product returns and inter-store transfers
- Move inventory and materials across facilities
- Process inventory for delivery
- Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
- Package items and label correctly
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
- Stack and organize large bulk items
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
- Move materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations
- Wear safety gear at all times
- Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles
- Work as an active team member to complete team goals
- Prepare documentation and inventory for audits
- Complete Cycle and Physical counts as per policy
- Make sure physical and system stock are matching and accurate all the time.
- Complete all receiving and issuance in the ERP package immediately so that the ERP system is updated.

**BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with inventory software, and able to upload data into the company system
- Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory
- Highly organized and able to store items efficiently
- Must follow all health and safety procedure and regulations as dictated by the organization
- Proficiency with spreadsheets
- Written and spoken Fluency in English
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Extremely high attention to detail

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

**Essential**
- Graduate Degree
- 2-3 Years in similar role/field
- Experience in oil and gas industry
- Basic or Intermediate level communications skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.

**Desirable**
- 5 Years in similar role/field
- Experience with Oil and Gas industry.
