We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team and assist the Warehouse Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of our fashion ecommerce warehouse. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and overall warehouse organization. You will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to maintain a smooth workflow and meet customer expectations.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Order Fulfillment:

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify the quality and condition of merchandise before shipment.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles as needed.
- Utilize warehouse management software to track and update order statuses.

2. Inventory Management:

- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate quantity and condition of products.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring efficient product placement and easy accessibility.
- Assist in identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies or stock shortages.

3. Warehouse Organization and Cleanliness:

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Properly dispose of packaging materials and waste in designated areas.
- Ensure aisles, walkways, and workstations are clear and free from obstructions.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse space utilization as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.

4. Quality Control:

- Assist in performing quality checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Report any product damages, defects, or discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure accurate and error-free order fulfillment.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor and other team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and order accuracy.
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment, fostering teamwork and mutual support.

6. Health and Safety Compliance:

- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Follow safety protocols for lifting, carrying, and handling merchandise to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Report any safety hazards, incidents, or near-miss situations to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and order fulfillment processes.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse management software.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
