**Job Description: Chef Cook (Indian & Chinese Cuisine)**

**Salary**: AED 2500 minimum (inclusive of food and accommodation)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Indian and Chinese dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and sides.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and consistency.
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Experiment with and introduce new recipes to keep the menu exciting and innovative.
- Assist in managing food costs and minimizing waste through effective kitchen practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef Cook specializing in both Indian and Chinese cuisines.
- Strong understanding of traditional and modern cooking techniques for both culinary styles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A positive attitude, creativity, and passion for cooking.
- Willingness to accept the offered salary package.
