Job Title: Beauty Salon Receptionist
Location: Abu Dhabi
**Job Type**: Full Time, 9:30am to 7:30pm, 6 days per week
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our Beauty Studio, as a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the salon, Providing clients with exceptional first impression both in person and over the phone. This position requires a balance of professional customer service and a passion for the Beauty and wellness industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Warmly greet all clients upon arrival, making them feel valued and comfortable. Offer refreshments as appropriate.
- Ensure that the reception area is clean, organize, and welcoming at all times.
- Manage all incoming phone calls regarding booking, service information, and general inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments via phone call and online booking platforms.
- Handle last-minute appointment changes, cancellations, and ensure appointments are booked efficiently to maximize salon capacity.
- Promote the salon’s services and products by keeping clients informed about ongoing promotions, membership programs, and package deals.
- Proactively notify clients about upcoming appointments, promotions, and changes in service offerings.
- Handle client complaints and concerns with professionalism, ensuring proper escalation to salon manager when necessary.
- Input client data accurately, maintaining a database for future client communications and service history.
- Oversee online bookings and ensure all schedules are balanced, reducing double bookings or scheduling conflicts.
- Process client payments through POS systems, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Balance cash registers at the end of the shifts, reporting any discrepancies to the salon manager.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding retail products available in the salon.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk representative (Experience in a beauty salon is highly preferred).
- Presentable and professional appearance, maintaining a personal style that aligns with the salon’s aesthetic.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and manage both online and offline appointment scheduling.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
