Overview:
Injazat is on a mission to accelerate customer value The Go-to-Market (GTM) technology portfolio management team supports this mission through the development of a Go-To-Market (GTM) offerings that supports our GTM sales, pre-sales, post-sales for key consulting/advisory, technical, support and managed services. To scale and gain insights in support of our Reseller/VAR, System Integration and Value-Added Services Provider business that is growing. The GTM Enterprise Architect will be part of an outstanding GTM Technology Portfolio Management team within the CTO office supporting the unique value of Injazat GTM offerings and help shape the impact on the broader Injazat business and our customers.

The primary objective of this position is to develop and govern GTM offerings for harvesting the value and extending the life of Injazat’ s existing GTM Shared Services assets to decrease their costs, improve business flexibility and stability and respond to changing business requirements. This employee will provide enterprise architecture consulting within Injazat, analysing Injazat and external customer needs and defining holistic strategies and GTM offerings on all aspects of enterprise architectural requirements.

The GTM Enterprise Architect links the business mission, vision, strategy, and processes of Injazat to its GTM strategy, and documents this using multiple architectural models or views that show how the current and future needs of Injazat will be met in an integrated, efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.

The GTM Enterprise Architect is an industry vertical expert with strong business acumen who will engage with senior Injazat stakeholders. The GTM Enterprise Architect works with the commercial teams and Business Units including delivery teams, to address their challenges and assist them in innovating through advanced technology platforms to support Injazat’ s GTM themes like “Hybrid Digital Infrastructure”, “Digital Workflows”, “Modern Apps” and “Cyber Defence” not limited to “Smart Cities”.

**GTM Business Strategy**

The GTM Enterprise Architect will use their excellent consulting aptitude and skills to understand Injazat’ s GTM business strategy, GTM business processes, GTM business services and BTM business roadmap and map these to present and future information system and technology architectures. Then will use their understanding of the Injazat business to recommend GTM offerings that will address Injazat’ s business and systems architecture requirements.

The GTM Enterprise Architect should be able to advise on change management strategies to assist Injazat in migrating from current to future architectures. This employee will focus on getting Injazat optimised for consumption by identifying the business and GTM offer buyer’s end-user and organisational adoption priorities to create the necessary reference architecture design, organisational change requirements, and post-deployment adoption processes. They also have knowledge of project management principles, and they ensure that GTM offer creation projects with Injazat are executed accordingly. He/she will assist Injazat in realising the GTM business strategy and by helping to understand the current state of Injazat’ s (as-is), establish a new strategic vision (to-be,) and prioritise a roadmap of architectural change programs designed to help the Injazat continually transform. This employee provides support for Injazat’ s GTM offer transformation projects for the Centre of Excellence and Innovation operating model within the CTO office.

**Practice Management**

The GTM Enterprise Architect supports the practice of GTM Technology Portfolio Management in researching emerging and advanced enterprise architecture methodologies and the best practices associated with them. He/she is adept at analysing business needs with GTM offer (products, solutions and services) requirements and they are able translate this knowledge into an understanding of how markets, Injazat and external customers will respond to new trends in enterprise architectures. This employee is knowledgeable about their industry through peer group support in the industry and is recognised in the industry for their thought leadership. The GTM Enterprise Architect is knowledgeable on how specific architectures are deployed in line with the internal methodology frameworks and Injazat approved industry best practices. He/she will act as a sourcing consultant knowledgeable of outsourcing, insourcing and emerging services; and in so doing are required to remain current with information technology and service trends and competitor activity. The GTM Enterprise Architect is required to contribute to the development of new GTM offerings to take to market.
