**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Generate Leads**: Identify potential clients (businesses, homes, institutions) through existing clients,cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, explaining the features and benefits of CCTV systems and security solutions.
- **Understand Client Needs**: Assess the security needs of clients and recommend tailored CCTV solutions that meet their requirements, including camera types, coverage areas, storage solutions, and other related equipment.
- **Negotiate and Close Sales**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and installation services with clients, ensuring that contracts are signed and sales are completed in a timely manner.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management team.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, excellent customer service, and post-sale support.
- **Provide Technical Expertise**: Advise customers on the best CCTV products and solutions, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting options.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Prepare Sales Proposals and Quotations**: Create and deliver customized proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients, highlighting the key benefits of CCTV systems.
- **Coordinate Installations**: Work closely with the installation team to ensure the timely and successful setup of CCTV systems for clients.
- **Upsell and Cross-sell**: Promote additional services, such as maintenance contracts, extended warranties, or upgraded surveillance solutions, to existing clients.
- **Manage Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software. Provide regular updates and reports to management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the CCTV or security industry.
- In-depth knowledge of CCTV technology, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, IP systems, and surveillance software.
- Strong understanding of security needs for different sectors (residential, commercial, industrial).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suites
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
