**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and monitor business operations across various departments, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

2. Oversee employee duties and tasks, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.

3. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and social media plans to promote brand awareness and drive sales.

4. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends, informing business decisions.

5. Recruit and onboard new employees, providing training and support to integrate them into the company culture and workflows.

6. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

7. Implement strategies to increase company sales and revenue.

8. Collaborate with external platforms for partnership and collaboration opportunities.

9. Manage and monitor assets and stock levels to meet demand and minimize costs.

11. Develop and enforce company policies and guidelines.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good English communication skills.
