We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Secondary Real Estate Agents. In this role, you will specialize in facilitating transactions involving secondary or resale properties, representing buyers and sellers in the vibrant real estate market of Dubai. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting clients in buying or selling existing properties.
- Conducting market research to identify suitable properties for buyers or potential buyers for listed properties.
- Providing guidance and advice to clients on pricing, negotiations, and market trends.
- Marketing properties effectively to attract potential buyers and maximize exposure.
- Coordinating property viewings, inspections, and other necessary steps in the transaction process.
- Negotiating offers and facilitating the closing process to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably with a focus on secondary or resale properties.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, neighborhoods, and property values.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools for listings, market analysis, and client management.
