Business Development Manager

BDM is responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product / service demonstrations, as well as negotiating services and issuing billing with potential clients.
You will use your knowledge of our products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales lead, developing sales pitches to sell products or services, making cold calls to sales leads, or taking calls from prospective customers and maintaining documentation of your sales.
In this position, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and superb interpersonal skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales target through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales Customers.
- Issuing sales invoices / Billing of the customers before starting the procedures.
- Develop and implement sales plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**
- Maintain working relationships with existing and prospected clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
- Ensure complete and accurate patient registration and they are getting the service after sales invoice or billing.
- Discuss and consult health history, diagnosis, and needs with patients or prospected customer.
- Develop care plans with care team to ensure patients’ safety.
- Follow facility guidelines, healthcare laws, and regulations.
- Provide medical information to financial services for maximum health facility and patient reimbursements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with service providers.
- Maintain professionalism and treat patients with respect.
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling.
- Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
- Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
- Maintaining client records.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability in case.
**Standard Knowledge & Experience (PQR)**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a relevant field.
**Experience**:
- At least 4 years of professional experience in similar position
**Language Skills**:
- Proficiency in English is a must (speaking, reading, writing)
- Arabic Knowledge is an advantage.
