Padel Coordinator

Primary responsibility will be to organize and manage mix and match Padel, court booking, arrange game with coach.
- Arrange players and Organize Padel matches, Tournaments
- Coordinate and plan Padel mix and match events, including scheduling, venue selection.
- Assist Player Registration
- Manage player registrations and maintain an up-to-date database of participants, ensuring accurate records of contact information and skill levels.
- Assess the skill levels of players and assign them to appropriate teams, considering factors such as experience, performance, and rankings.
- Form teams for each mix and match event, ensuring a balanced distribution of skill levels among the teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact for participants, providing event details, schedules, and updates.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure adherence to Padel rules and regulations during events, and address any disputes or concerns that may arise.
- Oversee the smooth execution of mix and match events, managing court assignments, match schedules, and scorekeeping.
- Maintain accurate records of match results, update player rankings, and distribute post-event reports summarizing outcomes.
- Collect feedback from participants, evaluate event outcomes, and suggest improvements for future mix and match events.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge and passion for the sport of Padel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Prior experience in event planning or sports coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with Padel rules and regulations.
- Proficiency in using technology and software for event management and database maintenance.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, as mix and match events often take place outside regular working hours.
