As a Padel Coach, you will be responsible for providing high-quality coaching and training sessions to players of all ages and skill levels.
- Conduct individual and group coaching sessions for players of various skill levels, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced players.
- Develop personalized training programs tailored to each player's specific needs and goals.
- Teach and demonstrate padel techniques, strategies, and game tactics effectively.
- Evaluating the skill level and abilities of players to create personalized training programs tailored to their individual needs and goals.
- Designing and implementing structured training programs that focus on improving players' physical conditioning and overall game strategy.
- Planning and organizing practice sessions, drills, and simulated game situations to help players enhance their skills and develop a competitive edge.
- Ensuring that players adhere to safety guidelines and best practices to prevent injuries during training sessions and competitive play.
- Motivating players to achieve their full potential and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages enthusiasm, dedication, and a passion for the sport.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in padel coaching techniques, equipment, and rules, and integrating new methodologies and best practices into coaching sessions.
- Handling administrative duties such as scheduling training sessions, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with the management team to ensure smooth operations at the padel facility.

**Requirement**:

- Certified Padel Coach with a strong background in padel coaching and training.
- Proven experience working with players of different skill levels and age groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English)
- Passionate about the sport of padel and dedicated to helping players achieve their full potential.
- Familiarity with the rules and regulations of padel.

**Salary**: From AED1.00 per month
