We’re seeking a friendly and organized individual to be the first point of contact at our clinic. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent client service, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients, suppliers, and visitors as they arrive at the clinic.
- Maintain a well-organized appointment system to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
- Handle client payments efficiently, keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Manage and organize client files, ensuring all documentation is stored securely and is easily retrievable.
- Oversee the daily opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure that patient information is accurately recorded and filed confidentially.
- Proactively manage outstanding payments and encourage timely settlements in line with clinic policies.
- Coordinate with dental laboratories, suppliers, and other necessary organizations as needed.
- Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, managing follow-ups, treatment reminders, and missed appointments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare or dental setting

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
