**IT/AV SUPPORT STAFF**

**Position Details**:Designation IT/AV Support Staff Department Information and Communications Technology Reporting To

**Job Purpose**:IT Support is responsible to aid, providing maintenance and support regarding the IT needs of the royal family within the Palace.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Provide IT and audiovisual (AV) support, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AV equipment such as projectors, displays, audio systems, video conferencing devices and Home Automation.
- Respond to service calls and perform new installations of AV equipment as directed by management.
- Support outdoor events and be available for on-call/after-hours service for AV-related issues.
- Prepare As-built BOQ and drawings, maintain operation manuals, and update system records for AV installations.
- Conduct regular maintenance visits, adhere to industry standards for maintenance checklists for AV systems, and report spare parts requirements.
- Submit daily work progress reports and maintain system health checks, including audiovisual systems.
- Handle minor maintenance updates, assist in system upgrades, and provide 24/7 support as needed for AV equipment.

**Qualifications ** Bachelor's in Computer Engineering

Minimum years of experience **3-5 years in a similar role**

**Skills and Competencies ** Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

**Problem-solving ability and a team player mindset. ** Capability to handle independent projects and provide support across IT and AV systems

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- IT/AV Support Staff: 3 years (required)
