**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct effective coaching sessions accordance to academy procedures, requirements, and structure.
- Strong analytical skills - to identify and assess player strengths and weaknesses, as well as develop game plans accordingly
- Excellent communication abilities - needed to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
- Preparation of session plans & individual player plans.
- Assist players in achieving their badminton goals while improving their physical, tactical, and psychological skills by mentoring and supporting positive development.
- Ensure health, safety & welfare of young children & all players.
- .**Job Requirements**:

- Required minimum BWF Level 1 coaching certification or a Sports Degree and at least 2-3 years of coaching experience
- Be an excellent communicator with strong teaching and technical badminton skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and a demonstrated team player
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

**Additional comments**:
**Start Date**:Expected to start immediately

**Employment Type**: Full time and Part time, this position will be offered on a local contract basis.
