**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assess players' abilities and develop personalized training plans to help them achieve their goals.
- Teach proper techniques for strokes, footwork, and game strategies.
- Plan and conduct engaging and effective practice sessions and drills.
- Analyze opponents' strengths and weaknesses and develop game plans accordingly.
- Provide guidance and support to players during competitions, including sideline coaching and feedback.
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment that promotes camaraderie and sportsmanship.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules, events, and team activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in badminton coaching and training methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience playing badminton competitively, preferably at the collegiate or professional level.
- Proven track record of coaching individuals or teams to success in badminton competitions.
- Certification or accreditation from a recognized coaching organization or federation (e.g., Badminton World Federation, USA Badminton).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate players.
- Excellent knowledge of badminton techniques, strategies, and rules.
- Understanding of sports science principles related to fitness, conditioning, and injury prevention.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to plan and coordinate training sessions and competitions effectively.
- Passion for teaching and developing players of all ages and skill levels.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- English vocal and written is must

**Salary**: From AED3,500.00 per month
