Описание роли:
Эта роль осуществляет всю коммуникацию с нашими клиентами по телефону, электронной почте, сообщениям и каналам социальных сетей. 80% времени уходит на общение с клиентами и бронирование, в то время как около 20% занимает управление нашим центром и магазином, а также административная работа, включая подготовку ежемесячных отчетов о продуктивности, размещение заказов на поставки и т. д.

Сотрудник будет обязан осуществлять расчеты наличными и кредитными картами за все продажи в нашем магазине, а также вести точный учет товаров.

Правильный кандидат должен:

- быть очень гибким
- быть командным игроком
- быть ориентированным на клиента
- обладать отличными навыками коммуникации
- уметь одновременно выполнять несколько задач
- уметь быстро решать проблемы

Предпочтительные квалификации:

- Диплом бакалавра
- Минимум 2 года опыта работы в гостинице и турагентстве
- Свободное владение английским языком

Технические требования:

- Должен владеть навыками работы на компьютере, включая Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook)
- Опыт работы с платформами социальных медиа, такими как Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Умение анализировать финансовые отчеты
