**What We’re Looking For**
- A minimum of 5 years of Managerial Experience in a Luxury Hotel environment in the UAE.
- Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Rated properties will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards.
- A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
- An Enthusiastic Energy and Impeccable Organisation Skills to handle the responsibilities of the role.
- Strong understanding of Industry Regulations.
- 'FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
- Remarkable Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver a ‘FIVE-Star’ Experience for our Guests, even under pressure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Upholds FIVE’s Standard Operating Policies, ensuring exquisite Service Levels for every Guest.
- Achieves and Maintains the highest standards of Cleanliness, Maintenance, and Safety, creating a ‘FIVE-Star’ ambiance throughout the hotel.
- Serves as a Liaison for external contractors, Auditing their Services regularly to ensure they meet FIVE's Industry-Leading Standards.
- Displays exceptional Organisational Skills, a Career-Oriented Mindset, and a Result-Oriented Approach, remaining Flexible with hours and assignments and operating at a Next-Level Capacity.
- Expertly prepares the Annual Linen Budget based on Quantity Inventory.
- Fosters close collaboration with all Departments and the Leadership Team, contributing to the Smooth Housekeeping Operations of our FIVE Tribe.
- Maximises Profitability by adeptly managing Expenses, Labour, and other Material Resources, embracing an uncompromisingly efficient yet premium approach.
- Demonstrates Health and Safety Consciousness, actively engaging in maintaining a safe work environment and understanding and implementing Fire and Safety Procedures.
