**What We’re Looking For**
- A proven track record in a Luxury Hotel Environment in similar role is advantageous.
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).
- Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Rated properties will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards.
- Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
- A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leads and Supervises the day-to-day Operations of the Housekeeping Department, overseeing tasks such as room cleaning, maintaining public areas, managing laundry, and controlling linen inventory.
- Provides Insightful Guidance and Comprehensive Training to the Housekeeping Team, ensuring Strict Adherence to established standards and procedures.
- Champions the Training and Development of a skilled, dedicated and motivated Housekeeping Team, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and seamless teamwork to accomplish departmental and organisational objectives.
- Elevates Guest Satisfaction by consistently delivering impeccably clean, stylishly presented rooms and public areas, adhering to the ‘FIVE-Star’ Standards at all times.
- Conducts Meticulous Inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and behind-the-scenes areas not just to meet but to exceed Forbes Standards, ensuring every corner of our hotel Exudes flawless Luxury and Sophistication.
- Manages and Regulates the Inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and bespoke amenities.
- Collaborates effectively with the Procurement Department to ensure optimal stock levels and maintain the premium quality synonymous with FIVE’s luxurious offerings.
- Forges Collaborative Relationships with the Maintenance Department to ensure swift resolution of any issues impacting Housekeeping operations.
- Upholds the Overall Aesthetic and Functional Integrity of the property through timely attention to maintenance concerns.
- Plays an integral role in Formulating and Monitoring the Housekeeping Budget, emphasising efficient resource utilisation without compromising on the delivery of unparalleled service excellence.
- Enforces stringent health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the property, implementing and ensuring Compliance with Policies and Procedures that create a safe and ‘FIVE-Styled’ Environment for both Guests and the FIVE Tribe members.
- Exemplifies FIVE’s Commitment to Next-Level Perfection by consistently adhering to top-notch Grooming and Dress Code standards, presenting a Professional and Polished Appearance.
