Interior Fit Out Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all phases of interior fit-out projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met within budget and on schedule.
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to identify and resolve potential issues or discrepancies.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve onsite challenges, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to ensure work is completed according to specifications and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline project workflows.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts, tracking expenses and variances throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior fit-out project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently, while also working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials are a plus.
