HR Assistant

Role overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated HR staff to join our growing team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day HR operations and tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation. This includes ensuring that employee information is organized and easily accessible.
- Inquiries Handling: Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests. This may involve providing information about company policies, benefits, or HR processes
- Orientation: Conduct employee orientations and onboarding processes, ensuring that new hires are familiar with company policies and procedures
- Record Keeping: Maintain digital and electronic records of employees, including their personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing by verifying timesheets, addressing payroll inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees
- Documentation: Assist in creating and updating HR documents, such as training and municipality certificates. Maintenance of contracts, work permits
- Grievance: Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven 3+ years of experience as an HR
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, UAE labour law, and regulations.
- Relevant experience in Hospitality, FnB, Restaurant is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and trust with employees and leaders.
- Proficient in HR software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
