This opportunity is for a leading retail company that has multiple retail outlets across GCC.

**Location of Job **:Qatar

The position is based in Qatar and you will be responsible to manage the complete administrative operations of the Retail outlets and ensure smooth and efficient work environment.

It is mandatory to be knowledgeable in all facets of retail administration including legal and regulatory affairs, maintaining employee relations, compensation & benefits, grievances & labor related issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain UpToDate company records, ensure availability of all valid official documents as per prevailing law.
- Liaise with govt offices and ensure timely renewals of tenancy contracts, trade licenses, commercial licenses, sign board licenses, etc... and ensure proper documentation.
- Control and upkeep of stationery and other consumable items.
- Obtain necessary approvals from HO for routine maintenance related expenses, shop cleaning contracts, and routine LPOs and other requirements.
- Verify vehicle related requirements like maintenance, petrol, etc.. and obtain necessary approvals from HO for the same.
- Handle all aspects of HR operations
- Coordinate the onboarding process of all new employees, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Coordinate with the PRO and chase the tasks to meet deadlines.
- Employee welfare and payroll monitoring, coordinate with HO team for required documents, approvals and biometric matters.
- Liaise with Govt department and local authorities
