**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise real estate agents and support staff.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to agents to foster professional development and drive sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to motivate and retain top talent.
- **Client Relations**:

- Enhance client satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service and addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals.
- Oversee the client onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to successful transaction.
- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the brokerage, including office management, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Implement and oversee procedures and systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
- **Marketing and Business Development**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the brokerage’s brand, attract new clients, and generate leads.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- **Financial Management**:

- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the brokerage, including tracking expenses, managing revenue, and analyzing financial performance.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure profitability and operational success.
- Coordinate with accounting and finance teams for accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and enhance the brokerage’s market position.
- Evaluate and improve business processes, technology, and systems to drive operational excellence and growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
