**Salary**: 4500AED + monthly incentive

We are looking for an outgoing & friendly female to join our Front Of House team at our boutique fitness studio.

Experience working in the fitness industry is preferred, minimum 1 year.

Must be independent, hardworking, and friendly, able to take on responsibility and ownership of their work. Strong command of the English language is required.

DESCRIPTION of JOB DUTIES
- Greets and services members at the reception in a friendly and professional manner
- Responds attentively and promptly to member needs
- Initiates, develops and maintains positive relationships with all members and guests, knowing by name as many members as possible
- Interacts with members and guest on a continuous basis to obtain feedback about their experience in Naya; utilize feedback to recognize outstanding instructor service performance and improve service delivery emphasizes.
- Addressing service failures or potential service failures and developing innovative ways to exceed member expectations.
- Answers phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Anticipates existing client & walk in needs and interests and recommend packages, products and services appropriately
- Schedules members accurately for programs and services accordingly
- Responds appropriately to questions and messages regarding member accounts
- Provide services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
- Articulate extensive knowledge of package, products, services, policies and procedures, current studio events.
- Always check & ensure, air conditioner, music/sound levels are appropriate.
- Demonstrates positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to internal and external customers.
- Maintain a safe, clean and professional reception area, complying with health and safety rules and regulations.

**Salary**: From AED4,500.00 per month
