This role is available for immediate joining and is an initial 3-6 month contract position as an outsource employed by J10 Consulting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Experience in production and installation of metalwork, bronzework and doors for high-spec Fit-Out and interior works
- Responsible to lead and coordinate all activities for the packages or each phase of the project; detailed engineering and installation in accordance with the defined project budget and schedule.
- Actively liaise and collaborate the Engineering Manager and Team for all the engineering and construction issues
- Managing and motivating a team so that priorities are clear and directions for the performance of their duties are set to meet the objectives of the Project.
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the production, delivery and construction teams as well as subcontractors.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Must have a working knowledge of MEP, Civil, Architectural and Interior.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

**Package Manager (Metalwork & Doors) Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Package Manager specialized into metalwork and doors working on high end interior fitout projects.
- Strong knowledge of production, installation & construction methods, materials, and techniques including metalwork, bronze work and doors
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects and discrepancies.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Stakeholder engagement and management
