**Essential Responsibilities**

The Services Center Coordinator will be responsible to do all the coordination for the daily activities in the Service Center. The MEA region is growing fast and there will be a lot to do to sustain this growth.

**Objectives**: Work closely with the Service Center Team, Procurement, Logistics and with other stakeholders to support the daily activities in the Service Center.
- Coordinate with and expedite the sourcing team for issuance of purchase orders
- Liaise with the site teams and get the correct technical details for the spares or replacement parts needed
- Expedite suppliers post PO placement for on-time delivery and timely document issuance against purchase order requirements
- Review the technical details with the suppliers for the ordered parts
- Evaluate quotations and make decisions with the Service Center Manager
- Coordinate with various site teams to update them with delivery status and/or to confirm material deliveries
- Perform Goods Receipt (GR) in the ERP system (SAP)
- Follow up on vendor invoice booking and coordinate with Account Payable (AP) team for suppliers payment
- Supporting the Service Center Team in other coordination activities deemed necessary
- Work with the Logistics team to manage fleet and materials movements
- Assist in creating and collecting shipping documents for the fleet and material
- Generate weekly reports for suppliers invoicing and material delivery status
- Create and drive continuous improvement and simplification initiatives

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred
- Proven technical knowledge of the water treatment equipment and parts
- Excellent computer and administration skills
- Good command of the English language
- Excellent organization, communication and Coordination skills
- Excellent in Time Management
- Experience in ERP systems, SAP is an asset
- Ability to coordinate between different departments (Procurement, Logistics, Finance and Operations)
- Knowledge in logistics and shipping procedures within the region is an asset
