**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals specializing in fund sales, stock sales, FX trading sales, and gold trading sales.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's client base.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting the financial services sector.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and compliance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) preferred.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in financial sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including funds, stocks, FX trading, and gold trading.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
