Sales Manager for Home Loan

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy **Sales Manager **to help us build up our business activities.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Collect financial information (e.g. taxes, debts)
- Evaluate creditworthiness and eligibility for obtaining a mortgage loan
- Interview clients
- Guide clients through mortgage loan options
- Ensure data are in line with national and local financial rules
- Inform clients about loan approval or rejection

Requirements and skills
- 1+ Years of home loan sales experience in UAE is a must
- Analyse applicants financial status credit and property evaluations, to determine feasibility of granting finance.
- Explain to customers that different types of fnanace and creit options that are available, as well as the terms of these services.
- Obtain and compile copies of finance applicants credit histories corporate financial statements and other finanical problems.
- Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
- Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them
- Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
- Broad knowledge of the entire mortgage lending process, to include mortgage processing, underwriting, closing, servicing, secondary marketing (rates, fees, pricing, valuations)
- Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
