**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with the hiring managers and departments to find out recruitment needs.
- Take part in job briefing from the hiring managers for active positions and thoroughly understand the roles, requirements and job market.
- Maintain trackers to update the sourcing progress on roles being worked on across departments.
- Conduct periodic benchmarking of the current market's roles and salaries.
- Support the Recruitment team in administrative requirements, if required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree in Business, HR or relevant.
- Must have 4-6 years of experience as a recruitment resourcer and/or researcher.
- Proactive, team player, and excellent collaborator.
- 360 and end-to-end recruitment experience and exposure would also be an added advantage.
- Outstanding communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable and able to work fast-paced work environment.
- Tech/FinTech industry and recruitment agency background and experience would be preferred.
- Available to join immediately.
