**The Company**

Robert Half are working with a company based in Riyadh, looking to hire a HR Generalist. This role is a Saudi National Appointment only.

As the HR Generalist you will join a growing business to help support with day to day HR Generalist activities. Working closely with the senior management team you will provide advice and guidance in areas such as employee relations, recruitment, on boarding and policy development.

**The Role**
- Leads all generalist HR activites for the business including supporting with recruitment in line with business, goals, and challenges
- Provides advice to line managers on employee engagement, performance management, training, and development
- Works closely with senior HR Manager for complex employee relations issues
- Provides a business partnering approach when working with managers
- Knowledge of the Saudi Labour Law and legal requirements as required.
- Support with performance reviews and work with learning and development for plans
- Develop HR policies and employee handbooks as necessary.
- Identifies opportunities to develop and implement new HR processes
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, or business management
- Excellent communication skills
- HR Experience ideally within a multinational environment
- Full HR employee life cycle experience is essential
- 8 years plus experience in a generalist role
