**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in exploring our diverse range of furniture products, explaining features and benefits.
- Provide expert advice onHome Accessories & furniture selection, matching customer preferences and needs.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the products and effectively communicate their value.
- Close sales and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in furniture or retail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Knowledge of interior design concepts and furniture materials is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
