We are currently seeking a highly motivated Administration Coordinator to join our team, **Preferred Nationality Philippine, Arab countries**.
Tele calling sales experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage PRO works, administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and booking travel arrangements
- Maintain and update records, databases, and other administrative systems
- Assist with organizing and managing events, including meetings, workshops, and conferences
- Manage office supplies and inventory, and ensure equipment is maintained and functioning properly
- Support HR with onboarding and off boarding processes, including preparing and distributing relevant documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proven experience as an Administration Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
