Leading & managing with office technical team all architectural projects from the initiation till handing over of project, including coordination with MEP and Structural Drawings and Site supervision. Designing and Planning to the highest quality and to the satisfaction of clients, incorporating latest technology and keeping green building concept in mind. Making Presentations Working Drawings, Detail drawings or getting it done from other staff, for Authority submissions, tendering and construction, co-ordination with site & office staff & management. Teamwork with production team to complete the works as per program or schedule. Laisoning as An Architect with Clients, Authorities (such as JAFZA, DIP, EMAAR, ETISALAT, DAFZA, TECOM, DCA, DEWA, and RTA etc), Sub Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub Contractors, Nominated Contractors, Suppliers etc. as and when required. Selecting of materials, finishes and technical components for all kinds of projects. Helping making specifications, BOQ and Tender Documents. Checking shop drawings related to Architectural work as and when required. Site visits for architectural requirements, as and when required. In the event of Time Bound submissions to Clients or Municipal Authorities, you will have to work for extra hours, in order to achieve targets as committed.
