We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product Delivery/ Operations Director to join our coaching and consulting business. As the Head of Product Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, development, and execution of our product offerings.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of coaching and consulting solutions to our clients, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
- **Responsibilities**:_

**1.Strategy and Planning**:

- Collaborate with the executive team to define the overall product delivery strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market trends.
- Develop and implement a roadmap for product development and delivery, identifying key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.

**2.Team Leadership and Management**:

- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and delivery specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Source, recruit and train top talent for the product delivery team
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring their alignment with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, empowering them to perform at their best and develop their skills.

**3.Product Development and Delivery**:

- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality coaching and consulting solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including coaching experts, content creators, customer support and technology teams, to drive product innovation and improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective project management methodologies and processes to optimize delivery efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Be highly proficient in designing systems and processes to enhance team effectiveness.

**4.Process Optimization and Technology**:

- Assess existing operational workflows, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation or process optimization.
- Champion the implementation and utilization of appropriate technologies and systems to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of new processes or system integrations.

**5.Quality Assurance and Client Satisfaction**:

- Establish and maintain quality standards for all coaching and consulting products, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of product performance, collecting feedback from clients and incorporating it into future iterations.
- Understands UX and UI and constantly improving on the product for better user experience

**6.Budgeting and Resource Management**:

- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Monitor and control operational expenses, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
- Evaluate vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and maintain high-quality service delivery.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience 2 to 5 years in senior operations, product management or product delivery roles, ideally within the coaching, consulting, or professional services industry.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Agile and other product development methodologies.
- Proficiency in operational tools, project management software, and data analysis platforms.

**Salary**: AED7,344.19 - AED11,016.28 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
