Hospitalist Atcom

Our client is one of the top-notch busiest private hospitals in Dubai, UAE that is looking for a qualified **hospitalist** to join our team of physicians in providing excellent in-house patient care. You will be responsible for managing the entire treatment process for our patients by creating and recommending treatment plans, recording medical histories, and updating information for existing patient records.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Providing excellent patient care.
- Creating and recommending treatment plans.
- Taking patient medical histories.
- Updating patient information and charts with the latest findings and treatments.
- Ordering tests for health care staff to administer.
- Reviewing and interpreting test results.
- Responding to questions and concerns from patients about their health care and well-being.
- Discussing proper nutrition, hygiene, and self-care with patients to promote good health.
- Working with various medical staff, such as anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nurses, to provide patient care.

**WORKING CONDITION**:

- Working Hours: 48 Hours / Week
- Working Days: 6 Days / Week
- Shifts: Straight Shifts, Morning and/ Afternoon / night shifts
- Contract Period 1 Year Renewable
- On Call Duties: Divided per the number of consultants

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- ** Primary Medical Qualifications**: Doctor of Medicine (MD); Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS); Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) or Equivalent from recognized by the Medical Council of the country of origin.
- ** Training/Residency**: completion of residency training in **Internal Medicine**:

- ** Experience**:Inpatient (Hospitalist)
- ** Option 1 Qualifications & License**: Arabic Speaker with Valid and Active DHA License / Eligibility Letter
OR
**Options 2 Qualifications & License**: Well Established doctor in Dubai, UAE.

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:

- Languages: English and Arabic
- Age not to exceed 55 years old

**SALARY AND BENEFITS**:
**SALARY**:

- For Expat, Gross Monthly Salary**:AED 40,000 - 45,000** Plus Incentive (Varies Based on Qualifications, Years of Experience and Clinical Privileges) Gross Salary is inclusive basic salary, housing and transportation.
- For Well Established Doctors, it’s negotiable.
