**Titan Performance**, a leader in high-performance vehicle modifications and maintenance, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Accountant** to join our expanding team. In this critical role, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and accurate reporting of our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual) in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Assist with tax preparation and filing procedures.
- Maintain a comprehensive and organized bookkeeping system utilizing accounting software Tally.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide insightful data and reports for informed management decisions.
- Ensure adherence to all tax regulations and relevant financial reporting standards.
- Contribute to the overall financial well-being and strategic growth of the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA certification a strong asset).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
- In-depth knowledge and experience with accounting software, preferably Tally.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration within the team.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- A passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
