**Responsibilities**:

- **Filling and Storage Operations**:

- Ensure the filling and storage of cylinder, bulk gas, and liquid products in Dubai align with company operating, quality, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with IAM and Fulfil Supervisors to meet customer requirements.
- **Handling of Cylinders**:

- Manage the handling of cylinders in the yard.
- Oversee the loading and offloading of trucks, both APME and customer-owned.
- Handle containers, Dewars, and Mini tanks.
- **Cylinder Refurbishment and Maintenance**:

- Lead refurbishment and maintenance of cylinders.
- Conduct hydrostatic tests, valuing, de-valuing, painting, cleaning, and all activities related to cylinder refurbishment.
- **Yard and Plant Cleanup**:

- Coordinate the cleanup of the yard and filling plant.
- **Quality and Capability Control**:

- Control and regulate the quality and capability of gas products.
- Manage plant production adjustments and calibration of the analyzer.
- Oversee production loading, safety inspections, and general inspections.

**Dimensions**:

- Locally Filled Gases: Helium, Argon, argon mixtures, Nitrogen, CO2.
- Non-Locally Filled Gases: Oxygen, DA, Hydrogen.
- Grades: Industrial and UHPs.
- Cylinders Filled: Up to 12,000 per month.
- Traded Gases/Chemicals.
- Cylinders Refurbishment and Maintenance.
- Dewar Liquid Helium Volume: Up to 24,000 liters per month.
- Bulk Gas Filled: Up to 30,000 nm3 per month.
- Customer Base: Approximately 400 delivery points.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Compliance with BSP and safety culture.
- Full quality awareness.
- Attendance at all required meetings, presentations, and trainings.
- Immediate reporting and action in incidents/emergencies.
- Adherence to EH&S training requirements.
- Minimization of product losses.
- Participation in Continuous Improvement events.
- Report NCRs and ensure ERP procedure compliance.
- Execution of Supervisor's direction and feedback provision.
- Responsible for plant starts/shut down, troubleshooting, etc.
- Implementation of performance management and new operator training.
- Responsible for daily plant operation, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- English skills improvement for reading, speaking, and writing.
- Daily housekeeping.

**Equipment**:

- Client and customer-owned assets for liquid and gaseous products.
- Company assets and machinery for filling and refurbishment.
- Laboratory QC performance.

**Education and Experience**:

- Technical degree.
- Forklift license.
- Basic Operating knowledge of ERP system.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the Merchant gas business.
- Good knowledge of safety.
- Honest, hardworking, and willing to make efforts for self-actualization.
- Flexibility in working shifts.
