Principal Accountabilities:

  • Compliance with BSP and safety culture.
  • Full quality awareness.
  • Attendance at all required meetings, presentations, and trainings.
  • Immediate reporting and action in incidents/emergencies.
  • Adherence to EH&S training requirements.
  • Minimization of product losses.
  • Participation in Continuous Improvement events.
  • Report NCRs and ensure ERP procedure compliance.
  • Execution of Supervisor's direction and feedback provision.
  • Responsible for plant starts/shut down, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Implementation of performance management and new operator training.
  • Responsible for daily plant operation, ensuring efficiency and safety.
  • English skills improvement for reading, speaking, and writing.
  • Daily housekeeping.

Equipment:

  • Client and customerowned assets for liquid and gaseous products.
  • Company assets and machinery for filling and refurbishment.
  • Laboratory QC performance.

Education and Experience:

  • Technical degree.
  • Forklift license.
  • Basic Operating knowledge of ERP system.
