About Us:
Eco Cars is a leading provider of affordable electric vehicles committed to revolutionizing sustainable transportation. We are seeking dynamic individuals fluent in Indunisiane, with Chinese language proficiency as a plus, to join our online sales team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our global mission while working from the comfort of your home.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Outreach: Initiate and maintain communication with leads to understand their requirements and provide comprehensive information about our electric car models, features, pricing, and delivery options.

Order Processing: Assist customers in the order placement process, including providing necessary documentation, guiding them through payment procedures, and ensuring a smooth transaction experience.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Market Insights: Gather market feedback and insights to enhance our sales strategies and product offerings, collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams.

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in Chinese is highly advantageous.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers effectively.

Sales-driven mindset with a passion for sustainable mobility and environmental consciousness.Previous experience in online sales or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting. Tech-savvy and comfortable using online communication tools and CRM software.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,800.00 per month

Expected hours: 72 per week
